Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled when working with Impactfulwebs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Pricing Structure

Our standard pricing includes:

• £500 initial project fee (one-off cost for website design and build)

• £49.99 monthly maintenance fee (covers ongoing support, updates, and website care)

Any additional services, features, or custom work will be quoted separately and agreed in writing before work begins.

Homepage Preview & Payment Timing

Before requesting payment, we provide you with a homepage preview so you can see the design direction of your website.

Once you confirm you are happy to proceed:

• Full payment of the £500 project fee is required before the full build continues

• This confirms your commitment to the project and allows us to allocate development time and resources

Work beyond the preview stage will not continue until payment is received.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

• Bank transfer

• Any other payment method agreed in writing

All payments must be made in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise agreed.

Late Payments

If payment is not received by the agreed due date:

• You will be given 7 days to make payment

• If payment is still not received after 7 days, your website may be temporarily removed or suspended

• Access and service will resume once payment is brought up to date

Any alternative arrangements must be agreed in writing in advance.

Project Delays and Client Inactivity

We work best with active communication and timely content delivery. If a project is delayed due to:

• Lack of communication

• Missing content or information

• Client inactivity for more than 14 consecutive days

The project may be placed on hold.

Projects placed on hold:

• Do not qualify for a refund

• May be subject to a restart fee, depending on how long the delay lasts

This is to account for rescheduling, re-planning, and reallocation of development time.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Ownership of the completed website and any related digital work transfers to you only once full payment has been received.

Until payment is complete:

• All designs, content, and materials remain the intellectual property of Impactfulwebs

• You may not publish, reuse, or distribute the work without permission

Once full payment is made, you receive full rights to use your website for your business.
